Unusual 1950s Gold Silk Floral KimonoA stunning kimono with a very unusual fabric used it is a muted metallic gold silk that has a beautiful pattern of roses on a lattice backdrop. It is a chic combination of blacks and that muted gold that has a soft, rich sheen. This silk covers the upper half of the kimono and then it has a black base and interior. What I believe to be the maker's stamps are done in a row across the interior back. The work is very fine and is just so unusual. You can
