1970s Bill Blass Cream Silk Secretary DressThis is a lovely long sleeve secretary dress. Textile is silk in a buttery cream color. Blousey bodice has raglan sleeves and pleated, lace trimmed ascot at the collar. The collar ties behind the neck, like a pussy bow. Buttons up the back of the bodice with a zip behind the hips. Pleated skirt with a lace hem. The sleeves are measured collar to wrist closure below, if you include the cuff they measure 34". The waist has no stretch. Size Marked: 12
